I have downloaded GTA Vice City and I really want to play it. At first I was supposed to download a new Mss32.dll file which I did, but now when I go to start it, the error message says : "The Procedure entry point _AIL_close_digital_driver@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll". How can I fix this?

You are missing an important file which belongs to the DirectX package. In order to restore functionality of your game, I strongly suggest you download the official DirectX package from the Microsoft website. The setup will install all the needed files into their rightful places. You application will then work as it should.

Please find GTA Vice City User files and delete the file with the .set extension and then start the game. The error shouldn't appear anymore. You will have to re-configure video settings and controls upon deleting this file.
